This is a summary of the way in which Formuly manages personal information. We only collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to carry out our primary goal to provide financial modeling software and related services to our customers. This policy was last updated in September 2026.
We collect personal information from customers and non-customers directly (including sensitive information with your consent) to enable us to manage your account, conduct our services, hold meetings and provide products and services for the benefit of customers and non-customers.
We don’t disclose information about you unless you agree or would expect us to. We disclose limited information about you to other customers under strict conditions.
When you accept cookies on www.formuly.ai, three services help us understand how the site is used and how visitors find us:
_ga.If your browser reports a European time zone we ask first: until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics runs without cookies and neither Hotjar nor the LinkedIn Insight Tag loads. Google Analytics also withholds cookies from visitors it locates in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland until you accept. Elsewhere these services run when you visit. None of them load on this page or our terms of use.
You can decline, or change your choice, at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of our homepage. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a decline. You can also opt out with each provider: Google Analytics, Hotjar, LinkedIn.
Booking a demo uses HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.). The booking calendar is embedded from HubSpot, and the details you enter to book a time are stored in our HubSpot account so we can hold the meeting and follow up with you.
These providers may process data outside Australia under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
You have a right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct any wrong information. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us.
You can complain to us in writing (email) about how we handle your personal information. We will respond as soon as possible.
